Hacking Question LayeredFS work for fw under 5.05?

There are reports that it also works for 4.1.0.
There is a typo in your fw version, the latest is 5.1.0 and that's what's compatible with layeredfs

No. Their version requires a tweak (patched kernel version I think). Try looking it up in the forum, there is a thread for it.

AFAIK LayeredFS does not work on the PS4.

it does work on 4.1.0. but you'll need to find the pieces and attempt it.

I am currently working on a tutorial for 4.1.0 users based on these pieces.
