ROM Hack LayeredFS Error

I try to compile a layeredfs plugin, i already did this several times without problem but now i can´t compile it. I don´t know if it is the computer, i someone cant compile the plugin i will really aprecciate.

The game is Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X and the title id is: 00040000001B4300
