To put it mathematically, let's assume only 20 out of 40 people were banned; 10 for LayeredFS Offline and 10 for LayeredFS Online. The 20 unbanned would be as follows: 15 for LayeredFS Online and 5 for LayeredFS Offline. While your chances of being banned were equal, the chances of not being banned were not. Thus, you have a higher rate of not being banned with LayeredFS Online over LayeredFS Offline.

Ah ok that makes sense. Youre original fact didn't say that. You said less people were not banned using online that those not banned staying offilne. Effectively the opposite, that's why I was questioning the conclusion you made.
