Hacking Launch old Gatway clone cards on CFW?

I think I asked this quite a while back, but the scene has changed quite a bit since then.

Is there a way to launch R4i Deluxe / Orange 3ds / 3DS Link under CFW?

I ask this for two reasons: I have a save on R4i Deluxe I wanted to continue to use and I'd like to use the card as a storage expansion for games.
