Is it possible for me to host a data server so I can access my homebrew Wii U games without needing
an SD Card at all? My Wii U won't read SD cards anymore no matter how hard I absolutely try.

I really need some help, as my brother really wants to get playing his SMM.

HaxchiFW doesn't need a SD card if you already have it installed. Mocha however sadly does, otherwise you could use the version that recognizes USB as if it was a SD card, and that way you'd be able to run any homebrew. That should be enough to run any games you might have.
If you have HaxchiFW and the Homebrew Launcher channel, you should be able to send homebrew over the network with sendelf.
If you're on 5.5.1 some of the web exploit payloads will work without a SD card.
You will be heavily limited in functionality without a SD card though, as most homebrew is hardcoded to only work with it.
If you don't have these things then you're probably out of luck.

Probably out of luck, why didn't I think of installing a CFW before this all went down?
Because I have an DS game that is not on the compatibility list, which is MH3x3.

Anyways, thanks a lot for the help! Really appreciate an answer. :D
