No. I was born and raised in Canada, so I didn't really bother learning Tagalog. But both my parents were from the Philippines.
And AFAIK being Filipino implies that I'm Asian, just not the type most people think of (Indians are Asian too). So I'm not half-Filipino.

EDIT: What I meant by "mix of both" is that to my knowledge, the Philippines were invaded by the Spanish in the 14-15th century. That counts, doesn't it?

Yup, Spaniard ruled Philippines a long ago and that counts to our history.

There is a very specific group of asians that are hot, but they are few and far between. Also, there are really no Asians in Northern Ireland outside of Chinese restaurants. (No Latinos at all, but Spain is only a few hours on a Ryanair flight).

I'd vote Latino because there is a greater number of hot Latinos (most of them, excepting those with facial hair), and I have a more ready access to them.
