Greetings! Having troubles here trying to find the latest stable and working version of PS3Hen, im unsuccessful in my search and im willing to ask for help.
Thank You.You can find everything in this PSX-Place thread, updated for 4.89 HFW
I've just enabled hen and it installed some kind of pkg on it's own. rebooted the console and now im on HEN 3.1.1, but it's STILL asking me to update to the new system software. i thought i did everything right. You can find everything in this PSX-Place thread, updated for 4.89 HFW
...what?Iirc 4.91.1 came out recently so you'll need to be on this version, also don't remember to disable syscalls and remove history using appropriate homebrew when you want to connect to the PSN
4.89.1*, written too fast. As I said, you need to be on HFW 4.89.1 to be on latest version...what?
...am i better off purchasing a new ps3 for a fresh upgrade?4.89.1*, written too fast. As I said, you need to be on HFW 4.89.1 to be on latest version
No, just upgrade if you want, or stay on that version.
Alternatively, you could install full CFW on your PS3 (if it's compatible) although HFW is pretty nice and unlocks after one click.
I now have 5 PS3s (1x 60GB, 2x40GB, 2x160GB) and a ton of DS3 controllers, still, I don't own a Top Loader model for a low price (don't feel like spending too much on a budget model). I thought I'd sell 'em then I started installing HEN on them and kept it.
The process is the same, if it was different he'd have made a new video.Wish He Did A Tutorial For The Latest HEN And PS3 Firmware.
are you sure? if so, alright then. The process is the same, if it was different he'd have made a new video.
