largest compact flash

I'm just thinking and I am wondering what is the largest compact flash card out there and the one I am seeming to get is 512gb are they gonna make a bigger size I really don't know much about compact flash so I'm not sure if they are obsolete or not. and I am assuming the components are different than those of a sd card. But wouldn't they be the same as a flash drive I'm not really all to sure.

Don't think so 512GB has been around for quite some time now and Probly is the max of the spec
