I've been gaming since the late 90's, so I went through Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow, and also Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal. I miss these games, and I've been wondering something...
Firstly, how come emulations of the first two Pokemon games are in black and white? When playing them on the Gameboy Color, red version made your person green with a red background, and blue version gave you a red person with a blue background. But emulations of these games just make the dudes and the background black and white. I'm not complaining, but why does it happen? Is there a way to fix it?
Secondly, is it possible to play emulated games on Lameboy in multiplayer format? Like some kind of wireless WiFi connection between two DSs?
If not, is there a way to use cheatcodes in Lameboy? Like the old GameShark stuff? You can't truly beat Pokemon unless you can trade or cheat, because a few Pokemon can only be caught in one version or the other.
