Homebrew Lameboy compatibility? (alternative emu?)

Just wondering if there is anything else for GBC emulation on the DSlite?. I've occasionally seen others mention some games not running on it. (Deja vu 1+2, in this case, although it WILL run on the PC version of this emulator strangely enough.)

Does someone have a patch or something for games that boot up into a white screen with no activity? I'm sure there a a few that have had this issue.
I've tried running lameboy through a supercard and R4 with no luck.

Lameboy is as good as it gets, and plays pretty fantastically. Last I checked, progress with this emulator came to a halt quite awhile ago, so if something doesn't work, it just sort of doesn't work. I think there is one other okay GBC emulator for the DS, but its compatibility is far worse.
