Hardware Lag with AMD USB Filter Driver

Using latency monitor by resplendence software I noticed that my computer was running up pagefaults stupid high. 6500ms latency real quick.

Removed AMD USB Filter Driver and it's fine.
Was having lag even when moving windows partway across screen

Rig
Windows 10 Pro
1440p Monitor <- mistake but needed for my graphic design work
MSI 970A-G43
FX-6300
GTX9604G
16GB1600Mhz RAM
650W PSU
