Well, it's been 3 days but your point still stands. I don't see him releasing it today or tomorrow. He hasn't done any work in 3 days on it despite it needing "beta testing".

julian20's sysupdater works pretty well. Just be careful, obviously.

i want to point at first he didnt post it in github and did only to shut up some people that were saying whatever they wanted.. we well see today if he releases it or put some excuse.

I've been out of the scene for a bit, I have a copy of OOT and an O3DS with SDF installed, so I don't need to mess with browser hacks right?

The reason people are suggesting trying the downgrade now is because it may take a few tries (and soft bricks) before you successfully downgrade. If you softbrick, your only recourse is to update from Nintendo's servers (unless you have a hardmod). If 10.4 has released, you get auto-updated to 10.4, which no one knows if it will be exploitable. Right now, if you softbrick, you can auto-update to 10.3, and then try again.

I wouldn't wait. If 10.4 comes out and KTM ends up softbricking you won't be able to return to 10.3 and you will lose any chance to downgrade. If you do it now and sysupdater soft bricks your system you can still upgrade to 10.3 and try again. Just do it now.

You can you use any entrypoint, the issue is that you want to do it before 10.4 comes out. If you do it while it's out, and something goes fatally wrong causing you to update back to the latest firmware..

You're gonna be screwed over.

I'm literally almost crying I'm so torn apart on downgrading.
I mean like, i feel KernelTimeMachine is around the corner, but with 10.4 on the horizon and @JustPingo delaying KTM even more, i get more torn apart...

Ombus, we've tried explaining to you several times that it is possible to brick with KTM too. It has to do with memchunkhax2.
