I first heard about this and thought meh so decided to try it anyway. I'll never be too old for a box of kraft Mac and cheese. Each box is going for about $1.95 now and wields about two servings per package.
The seasoning it's self which is just cheese powder and other spices which I can't placedidnt really give me the ranch vibe. Not like a bottle of hidden valley ranch (which I do recommend drizzling a tiny bit on your normal Mac and cheese) more like the end powder you find in a bag of sour cream and onion chips. Which was a let down to me.

End result, I can live without it it's a nice try at something new however I'd rather stick with the original. I can't put my finger on what the green powder is, maybe green onion or chives? Still a let down at best. 4/10
