Hacking Kosmos update

I thought this was changed in later versions of Kosmos? In their git, its stated that if I want sigpatches, I must download it too...

Where does it say that you have to download them?

I heard some one say different packs do and don't have them is what I think he means ......... like I said just get sweet patches to be sure
