Hacking Korean Wii with firmware 3.2

Hey,

I just received my Wii last night. Its a korean version but with firmware 3.2U. The wii has HBC and backup loader installed. I have a couple of questions:

1. Is the region for my Wii already be changed? I dont know what 3.2U means, but im guessing its USA.
2. Mii and photo channel do not work. How can i make it work?
3. Can i upgrade to firmware to 4.1U using this guide? link

3.2U means as you say the 3.2USA Firmware. Thus said it means its already been changed.
The guide you´re referring looks ok.

Korean Wiis are a little tricky to handle from what I´ve heard so better be careful and wait till one of the pros commented this.
