So a while back I installed that CIA that leaked of Kirby Planet Robobot, which I believe is the JPN release. So the game is coming out in the USA soon and I want to show my support by buying the game, but I want to make sure there won't be any complications since I already have the JPN version installed. I have a USA N3DS on 11.0 with a region free home menu and I use CakesFW. Thanks in advance.

No complications. Even if they did have the same TitleID (which they won't) having the cartridge wouldn't affect it. That being said, if you buy the US digital version, it still will not have the same title id so no complications. :p
