I am gonna be honest and say that I am mainly a huge fan because of the story and its twists. I love deep stories with a lot of twists.

The problem with the KH story is most of it's twists either come without ANY foreshadowing at all, and they just keep adding elements to a story that didn't need them. Most of it's story is just now useless fluff. I suppose it's enjoyable for those who enjoy watching every episode of Naruto/Bleach though.

Agreed, it has some moments that shouldn't be there at all which makes it too confusing. I remember when I finished KH 358/2 days(My first KH game), I ended up being more confused than ever. ._.

Well, I watched the blood prison movie and didn't quite like it :/

It's sad you have to play all the games in the whole series just to know the story
It's like SE is leeching money by making you say:"WHA? HOWDIDTHI-WHATHAPPENED BEFORE!?!"
Though the PS2 versions were better in my opinion.
They actually told you where to go so people like me(I don't like to remember maps in games. They become useless after 1 hour) goes through better.
And on the PS2 versions there weren't heartless on every nook and cranny. I remember when I was little I always got on the tram on Traverse Town(And no heartless to attack my moment :'D). And the gummy ships oh that was fun but they had to remove it e.e

its only when you dont have a PS2 or a Strong PC to emulate it... i played all the Kingdom Hearts game except KH:3D and watching the Movie is nice maybe its not as good when your playing it but its still good.

Piecing it all together is half the fun in my opinion.

There was never a point where I didn't have a good idea of what was going on. Maybe some people just don't pay attention.

i guess the problem isnt that these games have a complicated storyline. the problem is how it only becomes complecated because they added one thing after the other.
that makes it complicated without being exactly thought through

Sad part of the game is that it has little to no replay value.
