I've heard that the DSi had issues running Moon, and that's the reason for the delay.

I doubt that the extra RAM is going to be used for games, it's probably just there for the Opera Browser. Other than that, there isn't really much difference in terms of hardware.

The only time I can see the RAM being used are for the few DSi exclusive games. Or maybe to have "enhanced" gaming, very unlikely and might show up in a game where if you have a DSi you get a "bonus"

They'd be shooting themselves right in the face if they released it only for the DSi. As others have said, there very well could be extra/specific features for the DSi, maybe something unlockable or something you can put on the SD card, I don't know.

Kingdom Hearts will be a retail game, meaning not a DSiWare game. And so NOT DSi exclusive.

Kingdom Hearts will be sold seperately and as bundle with DSi, both are the same version and will work with both DSi and DS.
