Gaming Kingdom Hearts BBS abilities

How do I get the abilities EXP walker and EXP chance....Do I get them randomly by melding or is there a sure fire way to get it. I google and I got two different answers.

I look at those already and did the ctrl+f thing but I put the "Walker" and its "Walk", but for the record I did look just had the wrong name (or wrong part of speech of the word

It's because it's based on the japanese version I think.
