Hacking Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days save problem

So I have been playing KH 382 a lot recently. I got to day 194 and the game stopped saving properly. When I went to save it it would say it saved correctly, but the save file would still be stuck on day 194 with the same money and time played and everything. I have tried completing all of the missions to move onto the next set of days, and I have tried saving to other slots and when trying in 2 and 3, it remains with "NO DATA" in the slot and will not save.

Does anyone have any suggestions for trying to fix this or should I start trying to use RTS?

RTS will probably be your best bet imo.

Is it a possibility it's the specific rom itself and a different one might work? The game freezes when I try to start it with RTS enabled so I'm pretty much screwed unless I never turn off my DS. I guess I'll try another rom or download a save file >.>.
