"Basically" the aliens in this game look and move a lot like the raving rabbids. It's by the same team, so I guess they are laughing their asses off having the cute albeit crazy rabbids in a gory mature game now.

But the rabbids are getting old (even in alien form). So they better get more varied fun stuff in this game. I think it might turn out good. Let's wait and see.

I would hope that this eventually gets ported to another console but its probably going to stay exclusive.

Just looked at what Ubisoft Montpellier have done and its a good list of games:

Rabbids Go Home
Rayman Raving Rabbids (the only good one of the mini game fests)
From Dust

The studio is headed by Michel Ancel who did the very well made FPS/giant Gorilla sim King Kong, Rayman series.

If you wonder what happened to Beyond Good & Evil 2, well he is busy doing this game, Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn and Rayman Origins...so maybe when those three are complete you may see BG&E2...maybe not.

Dude. I don't news nor want a system full of shooters. Dont get me wrong, I enjoy a good Wii shooter but damn, I dont need every game to be filled with blood splatter. I really hope that the Wii U doesn't get flooded with hardcore crap.

I'd rather have a system of "hardcore crap" than one that's filled with family-friendly fluff. Just because it has a M-rating on it doesn't mean it can't be fun. There's games that carry a M-rating and are overly violent and gory for shits and giggles. MadWorld was that way, No More Heroes was that way, and I hope they remain that way. I enjoy some lighthearted gaming now and then but I still enjoy my gory splatterfests.

Looking at my last two post, damn my typing has been way off

. Someone remind me to never type with my phone vertical ever again! Back to the topic, the game looks great and I'm sure it will be a blast to play. The point I'm trying to get across is that there's NOTHING wrong with family friendly. The problem with this generation of gamers is that they act like a bunch of rebellious, spoiled teenagers that are always trying to watch R rated flicks because their parents said no. It's shameful and the major reason why everyone outside of gaming takes the industry and its gamers as one huge joke. Actually this generation just has a big issue with rushing adulthood all together. For fucks sake, let kids be kids. This whole thing on hating kids, family friendly things and just plain good wholesome entertainment is pissing me off. Yes, lets just raise a society that has no care for human decency. A society that views human life as nothing but playthings. REALLY?! Yes, we all love good action but I DO NOT want "Mature" rated games to be Nintendo's forefront. The day that happens is the day I start retro gaming only. Like I told my friend over the past two months. This new system will make it or break it for me as far as Nintendo is concerned. Sorry kids but not everybody has that American redneck attitude of blowing every god damn thing to high heaven. It is OK to be a casual gamer. It's OK to be different. If we truly want gaming to be more than what it is today, then we need to expand beyond the 18-24 year old male demographic. PERIOD!
