Hacking Killer 7 PRERETAIL

I was looking for this game over the internet and i found a "Killer 7 PRERETAIL" file

Anybody knows what does that mean? Does it differ from the retail version?

Is it playable?

Yeah if it's anything like the one i picked up a few years back on the GameCube (An internal version not fit for ESRB rating) Pre Retail yes. I cant remember what group dumped it now. It has much more swearing more gore and just seemed 10x more violent overall. I played the PS2 retail afterwards and it was shit in comparison.
