i don't think so many people play kh re coded so i think nobody knows
they are waiting for the u and eu rom

my deck:magnega, eruption, zantensuken,judgement triad,curaga
equip:my keyblade:zero-one (i have ultima but i like this one more)
my finisher:zone of ruin
accessories: half-moon armlet, eternity charm, immortal charm, counter ring
and i beat the game

It depends on your preference. There's no 'best command deck.' The command deck determines your attack style, not how good you are.
