You need to obtain them from your own console with Lockpick_RCM linked up above.
Keys cannot be shared on this website.

i tried but when i put the file in nsc builder it tells me that keys.txt is still missing

Keys are obtained via lockpick_RCM nothing to do with nsc builder. You need to be able to run lockpick_RCM to get your key.
