Hacking key.bin help

i found the code, but i keep getting a file thats 64 bytes
is this right or wrong?

Should be 16 bytes.
MD5 sum of the file is 8d1a2ebcd82a3469b77facf15d9c8e50

are there any special things i should use, like pasting in hexmode, bitsize encoding, show little endian decoding (using ubuntu linux, kedit)

the key i found has 64 digits

That depends on the code that you found. The one I found, I first tried putting it in as text, but it came out at 32 bytes and with the wrong md5 sum, so I did it again except putting it in as hex and it came out correctly.
