I've been wondering if you download a game off the Eshop with your club nintendo account, can you like share it and if someone else uses it can they download that said game too? o8 And I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong area xD I just wanted to know this

You mean the same game on two different 3DS? If so no.

You can only put it on one 3DS. If you want it on another 3DS, you have to do a data transfer, which takes it off the original 3DS. Your wording sucks btw.

maybe you should rewrite your questions.

if you ask if you can share eshop games, no you cant. they only work on the 3ds you downloaded them too.
the only way to get them to a different 3ds,i guess, would be to use that transfer option, but in this case, the old 3ds couldnt play the game anymore.

so no, no way to share eshop games between consoles. if you however traded away your 3ds to someone else but keep the sd card, they should be able to download the game to that 3ds again.
