Are you asking for custom pictures and such?
If yes try out pspbrew for homebrew.
Try out psx2psp for ps1 eboots. You need to extract them and reconvert them with custom pictures. Don't know if you can do this another way.

Good luck finding another one like that.
I used to just make my own, it's not that hard.

Really Damn Who would have Guess i guess i keep looking and hope to Luck out if anyone finds anotehr one like that Post it here.

PS: I Make my Own but i Really dont mess with Editing and things like that so yeah....Hacking my PSP 2000 Pandora and Magic Memmory Stick but Editing making EBOOTS i dont think i can do that.Plus even if i did i think it come out Crappy.

I think popsiicle is for PS1 games im not sure someone Confirm if it is.
