Hacking Just got a wii - help plz

So I just got a wii, and decided to upgrade, my friend said he hadn't upgraded since like forever, so I figured it would be like install 3.2, then 3.3, etc. However it installed all at once, and I didn't even get a chance to get homebrew channel on my wii, is there currently any way to down grade to 3.2 or any earlier firmware before 4.0 without homebrew channel or a modchip.

EDIT: My friend bought it around christmas last year, so not sure if it can be hacked at all but just asking

So... on 4.0 now? You're screwed.

At the very least... you won't be able to do anything until there is a new twilight hack thing or comex's exploit is finished.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to downgrade right now. Work is underway on a new exploit that may run on 4.0 but god only knows when that will be ready.

I guess I'll stick with my unhacked wii until someone makes a new twilight hack or twilight hack enabler or something. Thanks tempers.

you could return it to the store and exchange it for a new one. just a thought.
