i have installed the new online shop via wad manager and just dance 4 dlc unlocker wad... when i go to the just dance 4 store, it says no connection.. any idea?

You are probably using PAL game on NTSC Wii or NTSC game on PAL Wii.
Only these combinations are possible:
a) NTSC game + NTSC Wii + NTSC wad + NTSC area (e.g. North America)
OR
b) PAL game + PAL Wii + PAL wad + PAL area (e.g. Europe)
