Just to get it out there: I'm sure that no one will try to develop this, so my question is mostly theoretical.
When programming a microcontroller, you can assign some function to one of the available pins to make a hardware button that will do something. For example, when building a homemade music player based on microcontroller you will need play\pause button, fast forward and rewind buttons, etc, so you program this functions in such a way that you can add hardware buttons and solder them to assigned pins, which will control this functions. I hope you get the idea.
So is it possible, with some clever coding, to assign software "forced boost mode" option switch of PS4 Pro to some unused register on any IC \ tespoint inside it, so you can add hardware button to switch this option on and off?
It will be extremely fun to have a modded ps4 pro with turbo button and "Lo\Hi" indicator, like on oldschool PCs of 1990's (seed spoiler below).
