Even if this translation was a big project it still has some things not translated yet ..

k... so I found a nice translation patch but the big problem is, how am I supposed to do this on a Mac? I found a video of how to patch it but all of the stuff needed was Windows only.

I have no idea what you said... how do I do a "gcc dpspatcher.c -o dpspatcher"?

You have to use Terminal, which as you said you dont know about, and its not simple to pick up. I would suggest finding a windows machine or preferably dual booting XP onto your mac (im assuming its Intel based?).
