I just got my hands on a jtagged xenon motherboard xbox 360 console that came with a 60gb hdd, a wireless controller, a wireless adapter, a headset all for 170$ CAN. Is there any good rpg games that anyone can suggest.

Congrats on the JTAG machine, they are great little devices. For whatever reason I have not played some of the more mainstream RPGs on the 360 yet but I have played a fair few RPGs none the less.
First things first though if you want some of the more generic RPG game systems (final fantasy games 1 through 10 for instance) then the 360 is not for you. Your usual choices are western style RPGs (essentially action games with serious RPG overtones) or if you go in for Japanese RPGs they are very different to what the PS2, handhelds and prior consoles offered up with hugely different combat systems and play styles (usually based around timing and battlefield placement).

RPGs- I spent 15 hours straight playing Resonance of Fate the other day (Tri Ace also made Infinite Undiscovery and much like their other games they make are fairly divisive).
I recently got into Venetica as well.
Risen is worth a look (although the PC version is considerably better on the graphics front- indeed for me it marked the turning point)
Divinity 2 is quite nice.
Eternal Sonata I quite enjoy.
Alpha Protocol is quite enjoyable.
MagnaCarta 2 did/does serious damage to my free time.

My personal favorites are Tales Of Vesperia and Lost Odyssee. Neither of them created a great buzz when they came out, but I've always been an rpg-junkie and I consider these two to be some of the best roleplaying ever made on a console.

Aside from the titles mentioned by the rest: I had some great times with Infinite Undiscovery too. My review of that one: http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/rpg/infini...%3Bcontinue%3B3

Edit: you might want to check Enchanted Arms too. It's not very complex, but has great characters and is very entertaining.
