Hardware Joycons not working wirelessly in Sysnand

Hello,

I've a sysnand and emunand, both in 9.0.

In EMUNAND, everything is working fine (wireless and handled mode).
In SYSNAND, joycons work in handled mode, but not syncing at all in wireless (even with the sync button). I didn't find a way to use them.

I have a cheap wireless pro-controller bought on Amazon (brand TUTUO) working wirelessly without any issue on both system.

Anyone got this issue ? How to solve it ?

Have the joycons been updated to the latest firmware version? (which can be checked in the settings). This won't affect any sysnand or emunand stuff.

Yes I did it (while in sysnand) when trying to solve the issue. Didn't change anything.

Are you in flight mode? BT turned on?

mine did a weird thing the other day and said couldn’t use joycons wirelessly in flight mode, but I turned on BT and off WiFi and nfc and they work just fine.

Not in flight mode. And as my other controller is working, I guess BT is on.

I just found a way to resync them.
It is NOT working if you are in the joycon menu from the dashboard. You have to go to the settings , go to change order then push the sync button.

I don't know if I will need it each time I'll switch from emunand to sysnand and vice versa ?
