joycons not conecting on an oled instinct modded switch

joycons works fine on my v1 switch on latest firmware and on modded switch on hecate, they fail to handshake on nintendo switch ofw or cfw and so i cant even setup it.
i paid for modchip installation and i dont know how to fix it if its hardware related any ideas?

Open it up and see if the modder disconnected the Antenna wire, that might be the reason why they're not working, is Wifi also not working by any chance?
