Joycon rubber problem

Hi. so I was playing DS on the switch then I noticed my L-Joycon thumbstick rubber has BUMPS?! Help will be SUPER appreciated

It’s certainly plausible. Seems a pair of side cutters might work a little better. I would order some new ones from Amazon or Aliexpress and try this while you wait.

The rubber piece has been twisted around and it's come out of the grooves it's supposed to fit into. Getting it back into place is apparently a pain, you'll just have to fiddle with it for a while. Rotate the rubber piece so it's perfectly aligned, and massage it.
I would not cut off the bumps like the video suggests, they're there to keep the rubber from twisting around.

UPDATE: I twisted and turned the rubber and some of the bumps got fixed. thanks

UPDATE: I FIXED IT. what I did- I got some tooth picks and pushed the rubber inserts and massaged it, thanks to everybody that helped me THANKS
