Hacking joycon requests update - kip1patch=nosigchk

I have updated from 4.1.0 to 6.2.0 and now the switch requests a joyon update. I have added kip1patch=nosigchk to my hekate.ini but it seems that does not have any effect. I am using the hekate_4.9.1 payload.
Anyone got a clue what I should do to suppress the joyon update?

the Joycon toolbox > https://gbatemp.net/threads/tool-joy-con-toolkit.478560/

then update

Updating the joycons normally shouldn't effect use on the switch on any version to my knowledge..

If you have applied the joycon hacked (shortened pin) later fw update (from 6 I think) will prevent you to use that joycon in single mode.
