Hardware Joycon firmware modification

It seems like it could be theoretically possible for assembler gods of switch CFW development to modify joycon firmware to act like jig. So do anyone know details about joy con firmware and possibility of this? We talking (probably) about setting 1 byte in memory of joycon, should be possible.

They've already thought about that. Simple answer is the joycon just doesn't work like that and it isn't that simplistic to do
