For me they are good for a portable, but yeah they could have made it perfect if the right joystick was at the same level as the left one and the ZR\ZL as triggers instead of buttons.
But what I find really unexcused is really the touch screen surface since I don't think there's any 330eur touch device with such bad surface out there. Nintendo forgot to add the oleophobic layer like any phone and tablet from nowadays have, it protects from grease, fingerprints, scratches and make your fingers glide easily.
The switch surface is rough, gets pretty dirty and hard to clean, everything looks like glue on it.
Ps: and I have to wait 2months until my oleophobic glass screen protector arrives from China, I'm thinking when it arrives will already be full of scratches grrrrr...
