Hello
I wanted to delete my NNID but always when I try it shows error code 022-5531
Can I delete it in another way or unban it or something else?

I've got an CFW o3ds on 11.3 (Would update to 11.4 to do it)

You can delete it by injecting a blank nnid save into your 3ds using decrypt 9 or you can go to nnid settings and hold down x and y to get it to delete it. Or you can just follow my unbanning guide linked above by @nitroBW which will unban you from online and the eshop and will remove your nnid.

Will this allow you to use another NNID?
Nope.

It is, or at least was, possible to transfer the ban to a hopefully less desirable console, though. With some memory editing and several transfer attempts over a few weeks, I even managed to get rid of a ban entirely. See my write-up of how I managed that here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/all-3-m...m-recent-ban-wave.450679/page-28#post-6936825

Given that it's all relying on Nintendo's server side processes for how the ban is associated with your console, though, it's likely a fluke, but if you have 2 3DSes that can transfer back and forth and don't mind losing any NNID attached to both of them, it might be worth fucking with.

Well from my research if you just inject a blank nnid save and not change secure info A and transfer to another 3ds it might transfer the ban.

modifying the headers with ntr don't work no more does it?
No but it allows you to do everything else but I know a guy who can get you that if you have a your banned 3ds and a not banned 3ds.
My n3ds is banned but my o3ds isn't
