Yeah, I know it was stupid ok? You dont need to make me remember it so well jajaja. But dont "worry" about me. I'll be fine with future purcheases. I think it was stupid to ask in a place like this too.
Yeah, next time you want a digital copy you should get it from the eshop which is right on the Switch.

Ok, I have a question, how do you have a credit card? You are obviously younger that 18, are you using your parents? A family member? A friend?

Actually they could be 18 or very close to eighteen because they did join back in 2009 and I don't think anyone below ten would bother to set up an account for a video game forum. Their english is rough because it's presumably (I hope so) not the language they grew up on.
Them buying of a digital copy off of a non-nintendo seller was a bit of a uh.... big goof on their part for sure though.
Edit: their latest statement throws my theory into a bit of doubt.... nevermind.

Mmm I have another question. ¿Would you stop posting questions that are not of your concern?

You were the one who asked.

Just look at his profile picture, no one over the age of 15 wil have that

I guess i understand what OP is saying:
-He bought a game from a page "Mercado Libre" were apparently the seller was a scammer , and then the scammer sold all his games to him (?) and he is going to do a request for a fund , which could cause his Nintendo Account to be banned.

If this is the case , you should clarify this to Nintendo if they ban your account. Next time use Amazon or atleast check the user who is selling an item on MercadoLibre is a trusty person.

Or, you know, use the regular eShop

Or, you know, use the regular eShop
Since this person is from Argentina , Nintendo has barely support for Latin America (especially South America) countries , so i don't know if he could use the eShop , which makes him go to other web pages to buy a physical copy of a games. Besides , he could prefer having a physical copy instead of a digital , and not to mention the horrible 25GB capacity of the console.

But stil, never buy a digital copy of Nintendo games unless it's from a Nintendo certified website

He could have just changed his console´s region to access USA eshop, that´s how I buy digital games

Then that's the problem , because to start off , it seems on MercadoLibre you shouldn't sell accounts with personal stuff , and this obviously includes the Nintendo Account of that person , another thing is that im assuming since the account is being used on a different Switch from the original one , it would cause a ban.
Good thing OP learned from his mistake.

That is not your concern, but it was because it was because the game was out of stock here so I searched for the game quicky and found that. (The seller has good reputation but it seems to be a trick)
You can't run out of stock on a DITGITAL copy of a game. Jesus fucking Christ....

Ok, I have not been able to describe the problem well. Thanks for your answers. I just want to clarify that although it is very dumb what I did, is not that Im a idiot who does not know how to buy anything. Some of you began to divert the subject with things like my age or the image of my profile (which by the way is a very good game that I recommend to play: FNAF SL) and that has nothing to do with the topic. I think there is nothing more to disclose here. So if a mod see this, can close the topic.

Ok, you obviously don't know how money or digital games work, and no one over 15 even remotely liked FNAF
