What games did you play online before, the don't ban you cause of just connecting to see your friends list at ther moment you connect.
Wa sit 3DS or CIA files you playe donline?
If you played pokémon before or smash bros or any other online game and you used a public header with your 3dz game you can get banned.
On the other hand, no one knows right now an what Nintendo checks and on what the ban is based.

You won't be banned unless you go online, you should be safe

If you take for example Mario kart 7 rom and run it without using a private header anyway it probably won't let you go online so you should be safe if you stay away from tht stuff

Why:Because nintendo is a big group of b*tchies who doesn't support hacking.

Nintendo don't support you stealing from them so exclude you from their online services which is fair enough in most peoples book, its the chance you take when pirating. I get genuinely sickened reading posts like yours from entitled people who think they deserve it all, their way, when they want it, whenever they want it with no repercussions.
