Hacking Issues with Wiiware wads

I own two Wiis, and each are kept at different locations. Each Wii has been updated using the latest IOS & Wii Shop fix.

On one system, I am unable to play Megaman 9. After the wad has been installed, I load the game, only to be shot back to the Wii menu.

On the other system, the exact same issue occurs, but this time it is because of Bomberman Blast. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall these wads, to no avail. Is this a known problem or am I being stupid in some way that I'm not aware of?

i update the system with smash brawl and the issue disappear.
