issues with ctrmus

i downloaded some mp3 files to play on ctrmus, but only some of them work, the rest of them display error 1002: file type not supported, even though all of them are mp3 files

I can tell you right away that no one is going to be able to help you unless you can supply a specific MP3 file.

Sorry for the late response, but I actually supplied a mp3 file on that post. It's awaiting a response, however.
