Hacking Issues with Action Replay on M3Sakura 4.7

Well...okay, this is how it is. I've been using Action Replay on Mario Kart for a while now, using the cheat database provided by GBAtemp with their M3Sakura Package download. (Thumbs up, by the way)
However, I find that the database is missing some i'd really like to have, such as some more ShyGuy cheats, maybe invisible Karts, etc. So, I stumbled the interwebs for some codes, and inserted 6 of them. Appropriately, of course, under Mario Kart in the cheat_ENG.db file (The one it was already using when it worked)

So, I load it up again, go to add the cheats, and the file is...blank? There are no cheats to choose form despite the many that were there were before. Am I doing something wrong? (Probably, but i've hunted down a tutorial on the precise method for AR and M3i Zero...but apparently, it doesn't exist XP)

here ya go made a file from the current gbatemp cheat db with your code hope it works
cheat.db just put it in your system folder and replace the old cheat.db

as a side note you can use R4cce to edit the usrcheat.dat youself and then save it as cheat.db for your M3
