Homebrew issues loading titles

After downgrading my n3ds to 9.2 it seems to not want to launch any titles, or at least its taking forever to launch them, the internet browser just sits there, launch system settings and it goes to the nintendo 3ds loading screen, opening carts

You probably got Frankenfirmware (that's bad) if you can downgrade again do it again. Or boot into recovery mode and update if you can't downgrade again, THATS LAST RESORT DON'T DONT THAT UNLESS YOU REALLY HAVE TO!!!1!!1!!1!!!!1111!

i cant get into hbl right now, without browser i cant do browser hax and my second laptop doesnt seem to wanna do anything in terms of smash hax, sends out 93 packets then stops so that doesnt seem to be working, ill have to set up a live usb and put on my main lappy and see any other help atm? i dont have OoT3d

You have a choice. Pay 50$ for CFW or Update. If you chose to pay go to gamestop/ebgames and get a powersaves and The Legend Of Zelda Ocarina Of Time.

now, this is just speculation, didnt think anything of it before hand, but could this possibly be caused because i used the browsernag workaround? i forgot to set the date back to normal before downgrade, any correlation having been seen by this before?

alrighty,so i got my OoT3d in today and got hax loading, now what should my next course of action be? should i get the 10.3 updates and update using sysupdate or should i...?

edit:never mind found the recoverfrom frakenfirm thread, thanks for the help people

edit1: well now it seems i acnt enter cfw, ddi downgrade check and it seems i still have 10.2 native firm, cant launch minipasta, how do i update to 10.3?
