Hacking Homebrew Issue with skaterhax

whenever I get to the part that say GO! GO! and I'm supposed to click it it just wont work and it sends me back to the home screen telling me to save data in whatever I was in, the issue is that I have been following the guide perfectly and it wont work

Well, a lot of other people have "followed the guide perfectly" without problems at this point, so that suggests maybe you're not following it as perfectly as you thought..?

Without more details regarding exactly what you did, it is quite impossible to say.
