Homebrew Issue with Custom Theme music

So I was making a custom theme for my 3DS. And it worked. Issue is, the song, didn't. I got said song from here (https://smashcustommusic.net/song/63042), as it's a properly looped version and bcstm. Loads fine on usagi, but it doesn't play on the 3DS. Yes, it's named bgm. Yes it's under 3.3MB. Any help would be appreciated. Said theme attached below.

UPDATE: Now it started working... for no apparent reason. I just gave it some changes not relating to the music... and it's fixed.
