Homebrew Issue with 2.1 downgrade on n3ds

I have been following the plailect guide to downgrade I've formatted emunand twice, and installed the latest version of plaisysupdater, however when I start the downgrade it recognizes the first 5 cias but at the 6th cia (0004001000021500) it gives a fail. I'm using the linked download of 2.1 from the guide.

You must've had a bad copy happen to your SD card.
1. Verify your SD card reader is working properly. (Sometime blowing into the slot helps!)
2. Verify the contacts on your SD card are clean!
3. Delete the updates folder from your SD card.
4. Redownload the 2.1 zip file from the link in Plai's guide.
5. Extract it with your favorite archiver. (I use 7zip.)
6. Copy the files over again and attempt your downgrade again.

I used 7-zip to open the file and it went through perfectly, thanks!

Glad it worked out for you, that title that failed to verify was actually the Nintendo 3DS Sound application. (:
Just a bit of trivia. ^-^
