Hacking Issue when installing two CIAs of different regions

To clarify, I'm trying to install a game from a different Region than the one I already have installed, the game is Tomodachi Life.

I own the PAL/EUR version from the actual eShop, and I was looking to install the USA version from freeShop, but when I tried it simply gave me an error when loading the game.

I'm not sure if this is something that is possible since I'm not sure if the games share the same ID or not region from region.

I'm running a9LH and Luma on an O3DS
And uh, apologies if it's been answered before, I had a quick Google and couldn't find anything about this in particular.

I haven't really looked into EmuNAND yet, I hadn't even considered it since I'm still quite new to 3DS CFW.
