Issue Homebrewing 3ds

So I was attempting to Homebrew my New 3ds XL and I ran into an issue while doing so. I was working on installing the unSAFE_MODE exploit, when I went to the DSi Ware step on my SD card, I keep getting an error causing the software to close. I put both the F00 and usm file into the folder and it still won't work. Any help?

Are you following the guide here? Did you check if the system has cfw or not?

I was using a different guide, I'm gonna restart using this guide then I'll post again
